| Support Debt Relief for Poorest Countries |
The concept of "jubilee" is biblical. It is the periodic relief of debt for those whose indebtedness has kept them impoverished. As citizens of the wealthiest country in the world, we must encourage our government to lead the way in forgiving the debts incurred by some of the poorest countries in the world. In doing this we allow for the money that would be paid toward the debts incurred to instead be used for economy structure, agricultural expansion, education, and general good.
